Release of unticketed bookings due to weather disruption

Due to the severe weather conditions there continues to be significant disruption to our operation. We continue to try and do as much as possible to help our customers during this difficult period. To ensure customers can be rebooked wherever possible we will be releasing unticketed bookings as follows:

  • All unticketed bookings on BA mainline services for travel between Wednesday 22 December and Saturday 25 December will be cancelled at 2200z on Tuesday 21 December
  • All unticketed bookings on BA mainline services for travel between Sunday 26 December and Monday 3 January will be cancelled at 2200z on Thursday 23 December

This applies to all bookings, i.e.including new bookings made in this period regardless of fare rules. Customers who have already been ticketed will not be affected by this policy.

Any new bookings (that are not ticketed) made within the time periods mentioned above will be cancelled at 2200z each day.
